Returns

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, you may return it free of charge within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned to our support centre within 14 days in the condition in which it was delivered, together with an RMA code provided by our support team. Delivery charges are to be covered by the customer.

If our support team accepts a return for a non-faulty or undamaged item at their discretion, any refund due will be subject to a deduction for the initial delivery cost to the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

Some products sold on our website are non-returnable.
